There is a closet fujoshi scanning creepily, hoping to find a good manga to buy, she's with her sister (non-otaku)...
Her sister suddenly grab a yaoi manga without noticing, the fujoshi had her eyes wide open when she saw the book cover and it clearly printed "yaoi manga" then she grins a little

Non-Otaku sister: ahh what's this? Are they lovers?
Fujoshi: *pokerface*
in her mind (i wanna buy that T^T)

Minutes later the non-otaku sister grab another yaoi manga

Fujoshi: *smirk* Again?!

 Yes! Finally, the ever so sexy swimming anime: FREE! is going to air this july. I am so excited that I think the reason for this reality is because of us, the fangirls, I felt the unity of fangirls in times like this. Well, sorry for the boys hahahah.

Fujiyoshi Fujoshi

I have been reborn as a new and rotten person, more rotten than my previous self. I have these crazy imagination and fantasies about BL stuffs (I don't think I am normal, being called "unique" is another term for "weird").
I recently became a fujoshi in the start of the year, though I love BL hinted anime way way back (maybe my fujoshi instincts). My development as a fujoshi is moving very fast, it's like an addiction... no- more like an obsession. And because of this, I can hardly stand reverse harem with female protagonist and also the mushy shoujo anime, I also started hating heroines and annoying girls hahaha (but i did like some of the female characters who have strong physical attributes and not innocent or an easy captive). I think my symptoms are  normal as fujoshi.

Yesterday's My Birthday

Since March 26 is my birthday, No one cares about it anyway (just saying LOL).
I got the chance to go out with my niece and nephew for a lunch out and some strolling in the mall, It's a refreshing feeling after a week of non-stop doing my job. I got the chance to bond with them even just for a little while, luckily this week  is  a non-working holiday haha. And another dinner date with my sisters, I'm so exhausted and happy. I got colds and cough today (they said only stupid people got colds in the summer, what's the meaning of this?! LOL).

I might be too old for gifts (I'm 23), but I really appreciate when someone gives me presents. I also appreciate the person and for the effort he/she puts into it.

I might be old, but my heart is not.

Hell yeah and I have only soft copies of doujinshi
I want printed ones
(that's okay at least my parents and siblings wouldn't find it out)

I guess the subculture of anime like yaoi (here) is not as
popular as Japan, so it explains the low market demand of yaoi  merchandises
(or Filipinos are just shy about it...hmmm...LOL)

In all honesty, it's the most of my concern in Anime,
I really hate annoying characters, it isn't because they are females
maybe they're just simply annoying hahah.
I like girls with strong personality like Yamaguchi Kumiko and Adachi Hana
(characters are more like a yakuza LOL)

Though I do have some manga at home but only shoujo and shounen genre, I wanna own some BL genre manga. Having manga is like a trophy of being a fujoshi hahaha (for me).

I got news from a yaoi site/forum in my country about this event, it is the first ever yaoi convention in the country but I missed it!

I want to attend a fujoshi/fudanshi con!!

Ok, so I become a full pledged fujoshi recently (most of fujoshi(s) starts at a very young age, I guess I'm just too busy in highschool and college that I lately realized that I love BL too).

I really want to attend a yaoi convention here in the Philippines, though I knew there was a BL convention held just last year of December (right before I'm not into BL stuffs--too bad). It is called the BLush Convention and I've read lots of feedbacks about the convention like it needs to add more booths for merchandises and since the event is not sponsored, tickets are expensive.And I heard that it is the very first yaoi covention here in my country, I got to check some yaoi conventions in US and Canada and damn! it really looks fun and interesting. I know there'll be another con here but when? Damn I'm really excited and I hope I can get a reserved slot for the Butler Cafe (hahhahaha). Here's a link http://blush-con.org/ .

  I know fujoshi(s) here are hidden in plain sight (closet fujoshi like me), having that kind of event is like attending a private convention where you can be free and not judge by others. I want a fujoshi friend too (hope I can meet one).

Hakkenden:Touhou Hakken Ibun~

 I watched this new series because of bishounen overload, and Shino (the main protagonist) is very cute and shota-ish. I never thought that this anime has shounen ai hints in it, and then I further examined the informations about it, Hakkenden is a work of a famous BL mangaka: ABE MIYUKI

So I guess lots of fujoshi or her fans are expecting to have BL hints since Hakkenden got an anime.
I encounter some of them and I admit that I am a fujoshi (there! I said it!).

Cuticle Tantei Inaba~

This year is kinda off for me, I did manage to look up for the new anime releases but I have this laziness lingering in my body and just couldn't keep up for the new anime eps every week...
So after I read the information, plots, genres and check the graphics..I decided to watch Cuticle Tantei Inaba...because I am into male dominance or shounen genre (except for harem hahah I hate pervert boys and bouncing boobs hahah).
The first episode for me is like a forced comedy show (or maybe I'm not just in the mood for comedy that time) but I didn't give it up just yet...
After a week, the second ep aired.. I kinda get a grip with the quirky and hilarious puns and characters of the show and I started to like it..

Meet the characters:

Hiroshi Inaba-
the main protagonist, a part wolf detective using hair cuticle to solve the issues
surrounding in the most random situation,
A hair fetishist.

Yuta Sasaki-
looks cute but he's a boy (definitely a trap).
Cross dressing looks good on him though lol, he is Hiroshi's assistant
(though self-proclaimed)

Kei Nozaki-
A seemingly normal boy working in Hiroshi's detective firm.
Love cats and I'd say he has the most decent brain of them all. lol

Kuniharu Ogino-
A police officer, former partner of Hiroshi.
Always doting his daughter Azusa.

Don Valentino-
the villain. Loves traditonal japanese anything,
and he eats japanese yen (yah, crazy as hell) hahha.

Lorenzo-
Loyal servant of Don Valentino, sacked head haha.
Looks like a samurai, has affection towards his master

Gabriela-
Gunwoman? lol..an asassin that loves her underlings within
her preferred height.

Noah-
still haven't showed up until episode 4.

I really love the shounen ai hints in this series hahha..those cutesy scenes are making me hungry for more episodes.
To wrapped it all up, Cuticle Tantei Inaba is a must-see for those who loves randomness (similar to gintama, sket dance, binbougami ga! etc.), hilarious characters and almost no actual plot but fun to watch.

MINNA-SAN, AKEMASHITE OMEDETTO!!

My blogspot is always about anime/manga/ conventions...but this time it is NOT! hahah

It's been a year of challenges, happiness, and sadness, I never knew that I surpassed all the storms that tested my personality and outlook in life as an individual. Through it all, even though 2012 has become not-so good to my family and I, I am still thankful that the worst had past (i think). My family suffered to many trials and obstacles, since it's too personal I won't tell ( my blog is not about depression or something).

Ehem! As a new year bonding, we went somewhere quite and relaxing. Submerging myself in hot spring water sure felt good (I don't wanna leave yet), it helped me relax my body and senses (i want a full body massage too~). Next stop! Tagaytay! weeee...the icy cold air is rushing through my whole freaking body, good thing, I have my long sleeves + jacket combo haha (but it's not enough though)..We had dinner and planned to go somewhere for new year's eve (where there's an awesome fireworks display). We went to Mall of Asia and waited in the parking lot (families and friends are gathered everywhere I look-- seems our plan is not so unique after all haha). The count down to 2013 has begun and I am preparing the cam for taking  a vid of the fireworks, and so it began....those fireworks are really amazing and I felt like a child while I am watching it with glistening eyes. Filming the whole fireworks display is a tough work, my arms are trembling (too long~).
